Project Description:
This large hypothetical design project was completed while attending Iowa State University's College of Design. It consisted of close to 2 million sqare feet of mixed use space. The complex included space for Sci-Arc (Southern California Institute of Architecture College) in an exisiting building on the site, The Art Center Coolege of Design, student dorm towers, married student apartments, chapel, retail, restaurant, and commerical office space. The irony of this project is that Sci-Arc eventually did move to this hypothetical project's location several years later.
