Project Description:
Building #1: The project called for a new 6400 square foot multi tenant office building. The building features a low maintenance brick and EIFS exterior. DDI then went on to provide tenant build out drawings.
Building #2: The project called for a new 8,000 square foot multi tenant office building. This building has exterior details that match that of Building #1, however it was constructed of ICF’s (Insulated Conrete Forms). This system provides superior insulation values, minimizes air infiltration and reduces construction time. |
